Parties: 50 Flying Fish ("Company") and Client ("Client")
Scope of Services
50 Flying Fish will provide customized travel planning, including:
Fee & Payment
Planning fees are non-refundable and are required to initiate engagement. Payment by Zelle to parent company PAWCATIONS LLC is preferred (explore.50flyingfish@gmail.com); credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Rates & Availability
Quotes and itineraries are subject to availability and supplier rate adjustments until initial deposits are received and bookings are officially confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The planning fee is non-refundable once services commence. Cancellation, modification, and refund policies for flights, accommodations, and activities are governed by individual supplier terms, which 50 Flying Fish does not control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate passport details, visa requirements, dietary needs, and timely feedback. Clients are solely responsible for passport validity, visa applications, and compliance with all entry requirements.
Health, Safety & Excursion Waiver
High-energy activities (including but not limited to water sports, off-road vehicles, skiing, mountaineering, ziplining, etc.) carry inherent risks. Clients assume all personal risk associated with participation in selected activities and excursions.
Limitation of Liability
50 Flying Fish acts as a planning facilitator. The Company does not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other suppliers and is not liable for supplier failures, cancellations, delays, or losses beyond the planning fee paid.
Privacy Policy
50 Flying Fish respects client privacy. Personal information (names, contact details, passport information, and travel preferences) is collected solely for the purpose of planning and executing travel arrangements. We do not sell or share client data with third parties, except as strictly required by travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, and tour operators) to fulfill bookings.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Book", submitting a deposit, signing electronically, or proceeding with a custom itinerary, Clients agree to be bound by all terms of this Engagement Agreement.
